Job summary

Trane Technologies, a world leader in climate solutions, is seeking a Regional Energy Services Operations Leader for the Mid-Atlantic to drive contracting fulfillment, operational excellence, and project execution. This role leads engineering teams, coordinates with sales and operations, and ensures financial performance across the region.

You will guide project development engineering, participate in preconstruction activities, and align resources with customer and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum eight (8) years of experience in facilities or construction preferred.
• Experience and knowledge in contracting processes for building automation systems and turnkey projects.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and support regional performance.
• Travel within the region is required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license for 12+ months with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Lead contracting fulfillment processes to support operational excellence and regional objectives.
• Ensure quality across post-order contracting processes for equipment, services, and building automation.
• Oversee functions including order validation, entry, follow-up, inquiries, engineering, submittals, service operations, and resource allocation.
• Oversee project development engineering teams for alignment, planning, and delivery of energy services solutions.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and engineering during preconstruction to define requirements and expectations.
• Develop and coach leaders to build skills and talent across the region.
• Maintain accountability for overall project financial results across the region.
