Job summary

Trane Technologies plc is seeking a Senior Energy Services Project Developer in North America. You will lead complex energy, infrastructure, and facility modernization initiatives from qualification through contract execution, coordinating across engineering, design-build, estimating, operations, M&V, sales, and customer stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Energy Management, Business, Construction Management, Finance, Economics, or related field.
4+ years of experience in engineering, energy services, construction, facilities management, building automation, controls, consulting, project management, infrastructure development, capital projects, or related fields.

Responsibilities

Lead complex energy, infrastructure, and facility modernization opportunities from qualification through contract execution.
Coordinate project development activities across engineering, design-build, estimating, operations, M&V, sales, and customer stakeholders.
Develop integrated solutions aligning with customer objectives and project requirements.
