Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in energy services, preconstruction, or related fields.
• Strong grasp of market drivers, risk, and customer solutioning.
• Experience with Design-Build and ESPC delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for the region’s preconstruction business with accountability for growth and profitability.
• Shape regional strategy and translate priorities into operating plans and measurable outcomes.
• Lead alignment across sales, operations, and engineering to focus on high-value opportunities.
