Job summary

Pinnacle Executive Search Co. is seeking a Practice Manager to support a Georgia health system across its clinic network.

The role bridges outpatient physician practices and the hospital home office, ensuring policy compliance and a productive, financially secure environment. The role leads practice coordinators and office staff, develops budgets, manages accounts receivable, and drives process improvements, staffing, and training programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Business Administration or a healthcare-related field required OR an Associate's Degree and 4 years of related healthcare experience.
• Two years of previous practice management experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Evidence of an ability to work well with others, a team player.
• Evidence of teaching skills.
• MHA or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for practice coordinators and office managers/staff; ensure policy compliance.
• Develop departmental goals, policies, and procedures with the Director.
• Develop and maintain systems for physician practices.
• Coordinate design/renovations of facilities as needed.
• Coordinate marketing of the practice and promote events for clinics.
• Develop and submit appropriate capital and operating budgets; manage budget objectives.
• Perform ad hoc financial analyses and prepare reports.
• Manage accounts receivable and budget objectives for assigned clinics.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and evaluate staff; manage staffing plan.
• Identify training needs and implement programs.
• Communicate daily operations with practices and physicians.
• Advise Director on operational problems.
• Maintain regular communication with staff about performance and direction.
• Develop, organize, and implement various programs.
