Job summary

Piedmont is looking for an experienced administrative leader to support the day‑to‑day operations of a medical practice. You will partner with the Director of Physician Operations to implement programs that drive the business plan and ensure high‑quality patient care across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in business administration or health administration required or
• In lieu of degree six years of relevant work experience will be accepted in addition to the experience requirement

Responsibilities

• Supports the overall day-to-day administrative and clinical activities of a practice.
• Works with Director of Physician Operations to help implement and oversee operational activities and programs to ensure the attainment of the business plans.
• Works collaboratively with area director and practice physicians to ensure the efficient and effective daily operation of assigned practices including but not limited to the supervision and evaluation of the practice staff.
• Ensures that each office maintains an effective operating environment, assuring efficient and safe operations of all services in response to patient, physician and staff needs.
