Job summary

Upperline Health is seeking a Practice Manager to lead operations for multiple East Atlanta clinics. You will drive in-clinic initiatives, own the P&L and KPIs, and partner with providers and central leadership to deliver high-quality care and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Direct management experience over a clinic team.
• Healthcare management experience is preferred.
• Proven experience leading and influencing a diverse group of stakeholders.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills and strong knowledge of medical terminology.
• Experience working with EMR systems, Athenahealth is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of in-clinic operational initiatives across 7 offices, coordinating clinics and central leadership.
• Own clinic P&L and KPIs for fee-for-service and value-based care, including staffing and supplies.
• Build effective teams through collaboration with providers and clinic staff.
• Recruit and hire non-provider clinical roles; manage performance and clinician experience.
• Ensure daily clinic coverage and optimal staffing levels.
• Monitor referral conversion, scheduling templates, and high-risk patient cadence.
• Respond to providers and staff to resolve operational issues; lead market outreach and referrals.
• Maintain a positive clinic culture and timely, high-quality decision-making.
• Provide regular data reporting to operational leadership.
