Job summary

LifeStance Health in Naperville is seeking a Rover Practice Coordinator to backfill staffing gaps and support practices across a defined region. This role delivers high-quality front office operations and exceptional customer service for both in-person and remote patients and clinicians.

The position requires strong teamwork, reliability, and flexibility in scheduling. Starting pay is $22.00 hourly with quarterly bonus potential, and benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401k with employer

Qualifications

• 6 months minimum in a LifeStance or Lead Practice Coordinator role, or manager-approved exception based on readiness.
• Maintains a high level of job performance and attendance.
• Ability to flex schedule based on business needs.
• Ability to commute to multiple offices within a regional radius.

Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: create a positive, supportive, and professional working environment and support clinician engagement.
• General office duties including mail handling, scanning, and communications to support patient care.
• Patient Support: deliver exceptional service, assist with telehealth access, scheduling, payments, and portal issues.
• Clinician Support: assist with administrative questions, respond to operational questions, and audit schedules for accuracy.
