You will manage territory plans, engage distributors, and travel ~2-3 days per week to drive success across a multi-state region. Competitive base and uncapped bonus structure expected.

What Will You Do?

• Develop and execute a regional sales strategy focused on growing revenue and expanding market share across a multi-state territory.
• Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities through distributor partnerships, channel relationships, and direct end-user engagement.
• Build and strengthen relationships with industrial distributors and key accounts.
• Collaborate with distribution partners to uncover opportunities, support joint sales initiatives, and drive product adoption with end users.
• Identify and develop strategic key accounts while maximizing growth opportunities within existing relationships.
• Conduct regular customer visits, product presentations, and joint sales calls throughout the assigned region.
• Independently manage territory planning, pipeline development, and sales forecasting. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to drive continued regional growth.

What Do You Bring?

• Proven B2B sales experience within PPE, industrial safety equipment, or a closely related industry.
• Strong understanding of industrial distribution channels and experience selling through distributors.
• Demonstrated success developing new business and growing revenue across a multi-state territory.
• A hunter mentality with the ability to independently prospect, open new accounts, and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Experience developing key accounts and building relationships with both distribution partners and end users.
• Strong territory management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable working autonomously in a field-based sales environment.
• Ability and willingness to travel approximately 2-3 days per week throughout the assigned region.
• Ideally located in Nevada, with convenient access to the surrounding territory.
