Job summary

HexArmor is seeking a Regional Category Specialist to drive growth and adoption of its ATN PPE portfolio across the East, Gulf, and Midwest regions. This role partners with regional sales, marketing, and product teams to lead category initiatives, train distributors, and influence end-user adoption through trials and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in PPE, industrial safety, category management, product management, or technical sales.
• Strong understanding of distributor-based sales models.
• Experience supporting product launches, trials, or category growth initiatives.
• Ability to travel up to 50% within the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Act as regional SME for Above The Neck PPE products (head, eye/face, hearing protection).
• Support category growth strategies aligned with regional/global product roadmap.
• Gather competitive insights, usage trends, and unmet needs from the field.
