Job summary

Eaton's Electrical Sector is looking for a Regional Manager for Power Systems Engineering in the Southeast. You will lead a team of engineering leaders and field engineers, driving strategy, talent development, and operational excellence while delivering strong customer outcomes.

The role is hybrid with about 25% travel; salary range $130,000–$190,000 plus a variable incentive. You will own forecasts, safety, and project execution across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience working in the electrical industry.
• Minimum 3 years leading teams or business operations.
• No immigration sponsorship offered for this position.
• No relocation offered; reside within 50 miles of listed locations.
• Valid driver’s license required and pass MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team across engineering and field staff.
• Ensure efficient project execution, cost control, and backlog turnover.
• Ensure the safety of employees in customer environments.
• Own P&L for the territory, including forecasting and sales execution.
• Liaise with Sales/Marketing to strengthen customer relationships and grow orders.
• Identify opportunities to improve the Power Systems Engineering business.
