Eaton's Electrical Sector is seeking a Regional Manager for Power Systems Engineering to lead a high-performing team delivering critical services to customers in the Southeast region.

The role is hybrid with about 25% travel and includes a base salary range of $130,000–$190,000 plus a variable incentive program. You will shape strategy, drive operational excellence, and own regional business performance while prioritizing safety and customer success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with power systems engineering practices and customer-facing projects.
• Strong leadership, planning, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of engineering leaders and field-based Power Systems Engineers.
• Ensure efficient project execution, from quotes to backlog management and cost control.
• Own P&L for the region and forecast accurately; drive sales execution and customer relationships.
