Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Regional Manager for Power Systems Engineering in the Southeast U.S. This leadership role oversees a team of engineering leaders and field-based Power Systems Engineers to deliver critical services, drive strategy, and own regional performance while prioritizing safety and customer success.

The position is hybrid with about 25% travel and carries an annual salary range of $130,000 to $190,000, plus eligibility for a performance incentive program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 7 years of experience working in the electrical industry.
• Minimum 3 years leading teams or business operations.
• This role requires a current, unrestricted driver's license and the ability to travel as needed.
