Job summary

Eaton's Electrical Sector is hiring a Regional Manager for Power Systems Engineering. You will lead a high-performing team of engineering leaders and field-based Power Systems Engineers who deliver critical services to customers.

This manager-of-managers role shapes strategy, drives operational excellence, develops top talent, and owns regional business performance with a culture of safety and customer success. This is a hybrid role with approximately 25% travel throughout the Southeast region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience working in the electrical industry.
• Minimum 3 years leading teams or business operations.
• No immigration sponsorship or STEM OPT assistance for this position.
• No relocation offered; reside within 50 miles of listed locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and support a high-performing team through talent acquisition, coaching, performance management, and development.
• Oversee efficient project execution, including quotes, cost control, subcontractors, inventory, and backlog.
• Ensure employee safety across customer environments.
• Own P&L and forecast for the territory and drive sales execution.
• Act as product line liaison to develop customer relationships and generate orders.
• Identify and drive improvements for the Power Systems Engineering business.
