Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience working in the electrical industry.
• Minimum 3 years leading teams or business operations.
• No immigration sponsorship; will not support CPT/OPT/STEM OPT or related statuses.
• No relocation offered; reside within 50 miles of listed locations.
• Regular Driver – valid license and MVR.check required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and support a high-performing team through coaching, performance management, and development.
• Ensure efficient project execution, meet sales quotes, cost control, subcontractors, and inventory management.
• Ensure safety of employees in diverse customer environments.
• Own P&L for the territory with forecasting, team utilization, inventory, and sales execution.
• Liaise with Sales/Marketing to build customer relationships and generate orders.
• Identify and drive improvements in the Power Systems Engineering business.
