Schneider Electric is seeking a Regional Engineering Manager to lead and deliver consulting projects across the United States. You will manage a team of engineers, drive project execution, and align with regional financial goals while ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in engineering, consulting, or project delivery including people leadership.
• Strong understanding of power systems engineering and engineering consulting services.
• Experience managing project financials, forecasting, resource planning, and team performance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of up to 25 engineers and technical leads.
• Oversee project delivery, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to quality expectations.
• Manage regional revenue, profitability, forecasting, resource allocation, and utilization.
• Identify and mitigate project risks related to schedule, cost, technical scope, and customer requirements.
• Partner with sales and business development teams to support profitable growth and customer expansion opportunities.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Promote engineering excellence, safety compliance, quality standards, and continuous improvement.
• Build a high-performing engineering team by attracting, developing, and retaining critical talent.
