Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field is required.
• 7+ years in engineering, consulting, or project delivery with people leadership.
• Strong understanding of power systems engineering and consulting services.
• Experience managing project financials, forecasting, resource planning, and team performance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of engineers and technical leads (up to 25).
• Oversee project delivery, ensuring safety, on-time completion, budget adherence, and quality.
• Manage regional revenue, profitability, forecasting, resource allocation, and utilization.
• Identify and mitigate project risks related to schedule, cost, scope, and customer requirements.
• Partner with sales and BD teams to support profitable growth and customer expansion.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Promote engineering excellence, safety, quality standards, and continuous improvement.
• Attract, develop, and retain high-performing engineering talent.
