Schneider Electric Corp in the United States seeks a Regional Engineering Manager to lead consulting project delivery across the region. You will manage a team of engineers, drive project execution, and align with regional financial goals, while ensuring customer satisfaction.

The role requires leadership of up to 25 engineers, strong power systems knowledge, and travel as needed. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity with a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of engineering, consulting, or project delivery experience, including people leadership.
• Strong understanding of power systems engineering and engineering consulting services.
• Experience managing project financials, forecasting, resource planning, and team performance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and customer relationship skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team of up to 25 engineers and technical leads.
• Oversee project delivery, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to quality expectations.
• Manage regional revenue, profitability, forecasting, resource allocation, and utilization.
• Identify and mitigate project risks related to schedule, cost, technical scope, and customer requirements.
• Partner with sales and business development teams to support profitable growth and customer expansion opportunities.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Promote engineering excellence, safety compliance, quality standards, and continuous improvement.
• Build a high-performing engineering team by attracting, developing, and retaining critical talent.
