Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field is preferred.
• Ten years of progressive experience in plant operations, maintenance, and management.
• Senior technical staff experience desired.
• Plant Manager experience desired.
• P.E. license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a good working relationship with internal and external customers.
• Develop and maintain standard work practices that provide consistent services across regions.
• Establish and maintain skill sets within the group that meets the customer’s needs.
• Manage the group to achieve established goals and targets.
