Job summary

Zoetis, Inc. is seeking a District Poultry Sales representative to cover broiler and broiler breeder accounts in the Pennsylvania region, with ideal location in Harrisburg, PA though OH and Delmarva may be considered.

The role targets revenue, margins and growth, focusing on new business and customer retention within the region. The candidate will manage key accounts, coordinate Zoetis activities, build relationships with decision-makers and maintain CRM-driven account plans.

Qualifications

• Requires a four-year degree in poultry science, animal science or agribusiness preferred.
• Five+ years in poultry industry with live production experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promotes Zoetis poultry products and services, incl. Biologicals and Inovoject.
• Manages corporate-level communications with customers about Zoetis poultry products.
• Develops account plans for assigned accounts and collaborates on team-led plans.
• Coordinates Zoetis activities within assigned accounts.
• Maintains knowledge of customer locations to maximize opportunities; communicates with internal teams.
• Builds industry network to understand customer strategy and inform opportunities.
• Prepares reports on industry news, customers, sales objectives, and competitive info.
• Builds loyalty by developing relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
• Provides feedback for marketing plans and uses CRM to manage accounts.
• Keeps management informed of customer news and forecasts; provides monthly projections.
• Requires travel up to 50% including quarterly West Coast travel.
