Job summary

Loenbro seeks a Regional Director of Planning and Controls to oversee planning, auditing, and control functions across multiple projects in the region. You will drive standardization, ensure adherence to Loenbro processes, and lead a dedicated team of project controls professionals.

The role focuses on data quality, KPI analysis, and executive reporting, aligning financial and operational goals with strategic initiatives. This is a full-time, in-person leadership position based in Franklin, TN.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Project Controls or Construction Management.
• 5+ years in regional or multi-project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Ensure project planning and control processes across region meet Loenbro standards.
• Lead audits at designated milestones (10%, 30%, 60%, 90%).
• Oversee reporting of KPIs, cost forecasts, and LEI analyses.
• Collaborate with CFO, Quality, Scheduling, Procurement, HR, and Sales teams.
• Develop and mentor a team of Planning and Project Controls professionals.
