This executive role partners with regional presidents, CFO, and PMs to optimize costs, schedule performance, and workforce readiness, while guiding audits at 10%, 30%, 60%, and 90% milestones and delivering clear regional reporting.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in project controls or construction management.
• 5+ years in regional or multi-project leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Finance.
• MBA or PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enforce process standards across planning, controls and project teams.
• Hold regional accountability for PMs and Field Supervisors training.
• Lead change management initiatives across the region.
• Audit projects at 10%, 30%, 60% and 90% milestones.
• Collaborate with executives to ensure budgeting and planning alignment.
