Job summary

Loenbro, LLC in Austin, TX is seeking a Regional Director of Planning and Controls to lead the development and enforcement of regional project planning standards, audits, and data quality across multiple projects.

This executive role partners with the Regional CFO, Scheduling, Procurement, HR, and field leadership to optimize financial predictability, productivity, and workforce readiness while upholding Loenbro’s core values.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Project Controls, Planning, or Construction Management.
• 5+ years in regional or multi-project leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Finance; MBA or PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enforce Loenbro process standards across region.
• Lead training for PMs and field supervision in planning and controls.
• Drive audits at the 10%, 30%, 60%, and 90% completion marks.
• Provide executive reporting and strategic collaboration.
