Job summary

Loenbro seeks a Regional Director of Quality to drive excellence across multiple states. You will ensure adherence to the Loenbro QMS, lead field inspections, and partner with VP of Quality to align field execution with customer and regulatory standards.

You will oversee documentation, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives, with travel ~30–40% and a focus on coordinating with Operations, Safety, and project teams to deliver quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of progressive quality or technical leadership in construction, industrial services, energy, or manufacturing.
• Strong technical foundation in welding, mechanical, electrical, NDE/NDT, instrumentation.
• Experience supporting multi-site, project-based operations with diverse scopes.
• Proven ability to influence operational leaders and connect quality outcomes to field execution.
• Demonstrated success driving compliance, standardization, and continuous improvement.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills; operate with urgency and judgment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary quality leader for the region, partnering with Regional Operations Directors and site leadership.
• Translate quality insights into actionable improvements and risk mitigation strategies.
• Maintain field presence through project visits, inspections, and readiness assessments.
• Upskill teams via regional training on quality standards and documentation.
• Lead root-cause analyses for nonconformances and customer quality issues.
• Monitor KPIs and report trends to senior leadership.
