Job summary

Loenbro seeks a Regional Director of Planning & Controls in Dallas to lead planning, controls, and governance across the region. This executive role bridges corporate strategy with field execution, driving adherence to Loenbro standards from kickoff to closeout and ensuring data accuracy for financial predictability.

The position requires deep expertise in Earned Value, cost loading, and enterprise scheduling, with a proven track record in multi-project regional leadership.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Project Controls, Planning, or Construction Management.
• At least 5 years in regional or multi-project leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or PMP preferred.
• Strong earned value management and cost-control capabilities.
• Ability to balance financial objectives with operational constraints.

Responsibilities

• Enforce Loenbro process standards across regional teams.
• Ensure PMs and Field Supervisors receive required planning and controls training.
• Lead audits at key milestones and support project kickoff planning.
• Provide weekly data quality and KPI analysis for regional projects.
• Report regional status to executive leadership and cross-functional partners.
