Job summary

Loenbro is seeking a Regional Pre-Job Planning Manager to oversee project controls in our Construction division. The role involves implementing and managing project controls across multiple locations including Gilbert, AZ. The manager will work closely with Project Management and ensure project delivery aligns with budget and timelines.

Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in project controls within commercial or industrial sectors. The position offers a full-time role along with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Project controls experience.
• Experience with HCSS Heavy Job or similar job costing program.
• Experience with P6 or similar scheduling software.
• Driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Implement and audit project controls functions.
• Support Project Managers with reporting.
• Identify design and schedule changes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Establish risk management protocols.
• Manage project schedule development.
