Job summary

Loenbro is seeking a Regional Scheduling Manager to lead the development, governance, and continuous improvement of scheduling standards across Industrial Services. You will manage project schedules, train planners, and align schedules with forecasting and performance reporting.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience creating, defending, and auditing complex schedules.
• Advanced Primavera P6 scheduling and schedule risk analysis skills.
• Strong understanding of cost systems and ERP integrations.
• Experience developing SOPs, training programs, and governance.
• Excellent writing, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and continuous improvement of scheduling SOPs for full project lifecycle.
• Create and maintain master scheduling templates, budgets, and logic standards.
• Produce, review, and approve detailed project and recovery schedules.
• Integrate schedule data with cost and progress reporting for EV and forecasts.
• Partner with Estimating to input schedule assumptions into bids and pre-construction.
• Design training materials and certify schedule owners across teams.
• Establish governance, baselines, change control, and KPI for schedules.
• Perform regular schedule audits and remediation for regional projects.
• Coordinate resource and schedule compliance with field leadership and trades.
