Job summary

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of physician recruiting experience, strong communication skills, and a track record with employed physician placements and contract drafting. Travel is required regionally.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional physician recruiting experience.
• Willingness to travel regionally to meet potential physicians.

• Familiarity with physician compensation models.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle physician and advanced practice provider recruitment across specialties and service lines.
• Develop and maintain physician pipelines through sourcing, networking, and relationship-building.
• Partner with physicians, medical leadership, and operational stakeholders for workforce planning.
• Coordinate candidate interviews, site visits, onboarding, and logistics.
• Establish market presence via residency/outreach, conferences, networking events, and initiatives.
• Represent Central Maine Healthcare as an employer of choice and deliver a strong candidate experience.
