Job summary

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through outreach, job boards, referrals, LinkedIn, and other channels to build physician pipelines.
• Own full-cycle recruiting for physician roles from intake through offer.
• Run high-volume phone screens to assess fit and qualifications.
• Manage pipelines in Ashby with timely follow-ups.
• Represent our employer brand in every outreach touchpoint.
