Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with physician leaders and executive stakeholders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for physician and APP positions, ensuring service standards are upheld through timely application screening, applicant communication, phone interviews, and the delivery of complete candidate profiles to practices.
• Facilitate candidate interviews, site visits, and recruitment logistics (virtual and onsite), ensuring a seamless and high-quality candidate experience.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout all recruitment stages, including pre-screening and on-site visits.
• Source and attract candidates using diverse methods such as networking, conferences, referrals, and digital platforms; design targeted campaigns.
• Update recruitment databases in a timely manner and maintain accurate records of candidate progress.
• Act as an ambassador for Northern Light Health, assisting new hires and their families with relocation resources.
