Qualifications

• Five years of recruitment or HR experience; healthcare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain candidate records and recruitment metrics.
• Update applicant tracking system promptly.
• Coordinate interviews and travel logistics.
• Keep candidates informed throughout the process.
• Post and maintain job postings internally and externally.
• Perform timely financial reconciliation for recruitment activities.
• Travel to recruitment events as needed.
