Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in physician and/or Advanced Practice Provider recruitment.
• Healthcare recruitment experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes within healthcare settings.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
• Ability to travel occasionally for recruitment events and conferences.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle physician and APP recruitment across multiple specialties.
• Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to attract top clinical talent.
• Build relationships with department leaders, medical staff, and operational teams to understand workforce needs.
• Source, engage, and cultivate candidates through networking, conferences, residency programs, and professional organizations.
• Coordinate candidate interviews, site visits, and onboarding activities for an exceptional candidate experience.
• Manage physician recruitment contracts, offer negotiations, and recruitment tracking.
• Represent Central Maine HealthCare at recruitment events, career fairs, and industry conferences.
• Partner with leadership to strengthen physician workforce planning and recruitment initiatives.
