Job summary

Grace Health in southeastern Kentucky seeks a Pharmacy Operations Manager to run day-to-day operations across multiple Grace Health pharmacy locations. You will own staffing, training, workflow, and compliance, while working hands-on in pharmacies on a rotating basis to stay grounded in site needs.

Partner with the Director of Pharmacy, Pharmacists-in-Charge, staff, and external departments to maintain safe, compliant, efficient, and financially sound operations across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required in a relevant field.
• Experience leading multi-site pharmacy operations.
• Strong knowledge of DEA/Board licensure and 340B programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing and training across multiple Grace Health pharmacy sites.
• Ensure DEA registrations, Board licensing, and payer enrollment are current.
• Monitor inventory, budget, and financial performance against plan.
• Collaborate with Director of Pharmacy and Pharmacists-in-Charge to maintain compliance and safety.
• Improve patient experience and quality metrics across sites.
