Job summary
CVS Health in Kentucky seeks a District Leader, Rx to oversee clinical and business excellence across approximately 20 retail pharmacies. You will coach Pharmacy Managers, drive patient safety, and grow the top line through clinical services while ensuring regulatory compliance.
You’ll lead a team of pharmacists and technicians, focusing on staffing, training, and program execution within a dynamic healthcare market.
Qualifications
- Active Pharmacist license required in all states in District
- 5+ years as a practicing Pharmacist
- 3+ years of experience leading others
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain a healthy Pharmacist talent pipeline and oversee intern development
- Set District talent agenda and staffing for hourly colleagues
- Drive district priorities aligned with corporate direction and engage teams
- Conduct regular check-ins with Pharmacy Managers and coach performance
- Improve district performance through coaching and process improvements
- Oversee patient safety and regulatory compliance; address incidents
- Grow business via acquisitions, file buys, and store remodels
- Deliver timely performance reviews and targeted coaching
