Phil Inc. in Hebron, KY seeks a VP of Pharmacy Operations to lead multi-site pharmacy operations, including remote closed-door and mail-order facilities in OH and AZ.

This executive role focuses on clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in closed-door distribution, hub models, and healthcare logistics, with a proven ability to manage budgets, optimize labor, and improve fulfillment metrics across complex networks.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in high-volume warehouse or mail-order operations, with multi-site leadership.
• Healthcare/pharma logistics experience preferred.
• Knowledge of closed-door distribution and hub models.

Responsibilities

• Direct operational oversight of Hebron, KY facility and remote sites in OH and AZ.
• Optimize mail-order and closed-door operations, including dispensing accuracy and inventory.
• Collaborate with hub programs, patient support services, and 3PL partners.
• Ensure compliance with Board of Pharmacy, FDA, and DEA regulations.
• Develop budgets, labor plans, and cost controls; monitor KPIs and continuous improvement.
• Travel quarterly to inspect remote operations.
