Kroger in Lexington, KY is seeking a pharmacist to manage all aspects of pharmacy practice and financial performance of the department. You will lead the pharmacy team, optimize labor and inventory, and ensure compliance with laws while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include staff scheduling, training, and implementing corporate clinical services, with travel as needed to support business needs. A valid pharmacist license and retail experience are required.

Qualifications

• Pharm.D. or B.Pharm from an accredited U.S. school.
• 2+ years related retail pharmacy experience or equivalent.
• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Possession of active Pharmacist license in good standing.

Responsabilités

• Perform all functions of a staff pharmacist and model professionalism.
• Develop and promote the division pharmacy sales plan and initiatives.
• Direct the pharmacy team to meet budgeted labor, volume, and inventory goals.
• Schedule staff to control labor costs and ensure coverage.
• Maintain records and comply with state and federal regulations.
• Provide leadership, training, and performance feedback to direct reports.
• Travel as needed to support business needs.
• Ensure customer service excellence and patient safety in all interactions.
