The ideal candidate will have 15–20 years in the industry (PBMs/health plans) and 7–10 years of management experience, with strong skills in negotiation, communication, and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field is required.
• 15–20 years of industry experience, PBMs/health plans preferred.
• 7–10 years of management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of pharmacy benefits across Medicare, Medicaid, commercial plans, and self-funded employer groups.
• Strong organizational, communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of welfare benefits across multiple product lines.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional consulting teams servicing employer clients.
• Drive unit growth and performance including persistency.
• Provide direct client support for complex/high-profile accounts.
• Develop team for high-value deliverables and strong service delivery.
• Allocate resources and assign cases within the unit to meet objectives.
• Oversee training, development, and performance evaluations.
• Support sales opportunities with Producers/Chief Growth Officer.
• Maintain relationships with PBMs, specialty pharmacies, and other vendors.
• Collaborate across specialty practices to improve processes and solutions.
• Attend client meetings and events to maintain ongoing relationships.
