Lockton Companies in Atlanta, GA seeks a Regional Leader to manage a consulting team servicing employer clients. The role requires deep PBM/health plan knowledge, strategic planning, and strong leadership to drive growth, service quality and client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates will have 15–20 years in the industry and 7–10 years in management, with a Bachelor’s degree in a business field; a Doctor of Pharmacy degree is preferred but not required. Travel and executive interactions are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business related field is required.
• 15–20 years’ experience in PBMs/health plans.
• 7–10 years of management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of pharmacy benefits in multiple product lines (Medicare, Medicaid, commercial Health Plan).
• Experience developing and executing strategic plans that align with goals.
• Excellent organization, communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of welfare benefits in multiple product lines and risk/insurance.
• Proficient computer skills (word processing/spreadsheets).
• Understanding of different financial arrangements and products for clients.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements and federal/state legislation.
• Willing to travel and entertain clients/vendors.
• Doctor of Pharmacy degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a regional team of consulting professionals servicing employer clients.
• Oversee unit performance including growth and persistency.
• Provide direct client support for high-profile clients.
• Develop team for high-value deliverables and service delivery.
• Allocate resources and manage cases and projects.
• Lead training and development for team members.
• Performance evaluations including salary and bonus reviews with VP.
• Assist with sales opportunities and client relationships.
• Collaborate with Producers and Consulting Services Director on complex issues.
• Maintain client relationships through on-site meetings and events.
