Job summary

Midway Specialty Care Center is seeking a Regional People Operations Generalist to provide day-to-day People support across a regional footprint of 10+ locations. You will work under the VP, People and deliver employee relations, coaching, performance management, and policy interpretation in alignment with enterprise standards.

The role requires 5+ years in HR/People Operations, a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, and willingness to travel among locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required.
• 5+ years of progressive HR/People Operations experience.
• Experience supporting managers with employee relations, performance management, documentation, leaves, and policy matters.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary People Operations partner for assigned region with 10+ locations.
• Support employee relations matters, coaching, performance management, and policy interpretation.
• Coordinate lifecycle events including onboarding, promotions, transfers, and leaves.
