Job summary

Midway Specialty Care Center in Florida is seeking a Regional People Operations Generalist to serve as the primary partner for an assigned region of 10+ locations. You will support employee relations, performance management, onboarding, and lifecycle events within a centralized People Operations team.

You will collaborate with leaders and managers, ensure consistent application of HR policies, and travel periodically to maintain strong regional relationships while contributing to enterprise-wide

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience in Human Resources, People Operations, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive Human Resources, People Operations, Employee Relations, or HR Generalist experience.
• Strong working knowledge of employment practices and applicable federal and state requirements.
• Experience supporting managers with employee relations, performance management, documentation, leaves, and policy matters.
• Ability to travel periodically among assigned Midway locations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with your assigned region as the primary day-to-day People Operations partner for leaders, managers, and employees within about 10+ locations.
• Develop relationships with Regional Directors/Managers, Office Managers, providers, and operational leaders.
• Maintain regular visibility across locations through site visits, meetings, and proactive communication.
• Support employee relations matters involving performance, attendance, documentation, and policy interpretation to ensure consistency.
• Coach managers on communication, documentation, accountability, performance management, and adherence to People practices.
• Coordinate the employee lifecycle and cross-regional collaboration with Talent Acquisition, Payroll & Benefits, and administration.
