Clark Associates is seeking a Regional ES Manager to partner with regional leaders and coach on-site ES Business Partners, shaping people decisions with trust and sound judgment. You will connect enterprise priorities with workforce planning, performance management, and organizational development across your region.

You will develop and coach the BP team, fostering consultative leadership and ensuring consistent quality in employee relations, training, and change initiatives.

• Ability to coach leaders with a consultative approach and build trusted relationships.
• Experience guiding workforce planning, employee relations, and organizational development.
• Strong judgment, business acumen, and risk awareness for regional leadership.

Aufgaben

• Build trusted relationships with regional leaders and manage on-site ES Business Partners.
• Coach leaders using a low‑pressure, consultative style and ensure accountability for decisions.
• Develop and coach the ES Team, including onboarding and remote connectivity.
• Set messaging, standards, and QA processes for consistent partner experiences.
• Identify training needs and collaborate with the Director of Employee Support & Compliance.
