Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a seasoned Regional Payroll leader based in Boise, Idaho. You will drive service delivery across payroll and time & attendance, shaping program strategy and ensuring compliant, accurate payroll operations.

Lead cross-functional teams, manage large-scale transitions, and influence stakeholders to achieve strategic payroll priorities. A strong background in Workday payroll and project management is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus minimum 5 years of experience in managing a large payroll function.
• Experience with regional payroll processes and strong understanding of payroll compliance.

Responsibilities

• Leads regional service delivery teams responsible for quality delivery of multiple payroll processes and related services.
• Oversees management and communication of regional payroll programs, policies, and procedures.
• Manages payroll process including calculation of wages, deductions, and payment of employees.
• Defines payroll schedules, reconciliations, and documentation of business requirements.
• Monitors regional government regulations and changes in labor law affecting payroll.
• Manages regional employee records and files.
• Oversees and reviews preparation of reconciliations and reports.
