Job summary

Genentech is seeking a Senior Director, PX Region Lead to own regional patient support and navigation across the portfolio. You will manage a distributed team, ensuring high-quality service delivery and performance against enterprise KPIs.

You will partner with regional stakeholders to address payer dynamics, develop scalable patient experiences, and drive successful launches of new programs while maintaining a culture of accountability and resilience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
• 12–15 years in healthcare, patient services, reimbursement, or related roles.
• 5+ years of direct people leadership experience.
• Deep knowledge of healthcare market dynamics, reimbursement processes, patient access challenges.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational performance and regional patient access initiatives.
• Lead a large, distributed regional team of Team Leads and Patient Navigators.
• Own regional rollout of product launches, patient support programs, and tech enhancements.
• Partner with regional Customer Engagement teams to address barriers.
• Drive regional insights to inform enterprise strategy and KPIs.
