Job summary

Genentech is seeking a Senior Director, PX Region Lead to own and drive regional patient support navigation across the portfolio. You will lead a large distributed team, ensuring high-quality patient experiences and strong performance against enterprise KPIs, with a focus on regional payer dynamics and access challenges.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years in healthcare, patient services, reimbursement, or related roles within pharma/biotech/healthcare.
• 5+ years of direct people leadership, including leading large distributed teams.
• Deep knowledge of healthcare market dynamics, reimbursement processes, patient access challenges in the region.
• Proven capabilities in cross-functional influence, coaching, and leveraging data/tech to improve patient outcomes.
• Master’s/MBA preferred for advanced understanding of healthcare administration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational performance and service quality for patient access/reimbursement challenges.
• Lead and develop a large distributed regional team of Team Leads and Patient Navigators.
• Ensure regional PX team has deep understanding of local healthcare ecosystem.
• Oversee regional rollout of new product launches and patient support programs.
• Partner with regional CE and stakeholders to address patient and provider barriers.
