Job summary

Genentech is seeking a Senior Director, PX Region Lead, to own patient support strategy and delivery across the assigned territory, driving performance and scalable execution for the portfolio.

You will lead a large, distributed team of patient navigators, partner with regional CE and ecosystem stakeholders, roll out new programs and technology enhancements, and use market insights to inform strategy. Remote within 100 miles of Columbus, OH.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 12–15 years of experience in healthcare, patient services, reimbursement, or related roles.
• 5+ years of direct people leadership experience.
• Deep knowledge of healthcare market dynamics, reimbursement, and patient access challenges in the region.
• Proven ability in change leadership, cross-functional influence, and leveraging data/technology to improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational performance, service quality, throughput, and cross-portfolio support for patient access challenges.
• Lead and develop a large, distributed regional team of Team Leads and Patient Navigators.
• Ensure the regional PX team has deep expertise in the local healthcare ecosystem.
• Own regional rollout and implementation of new product launches, patient support programs, and technology enhancements.
• Partner with regional Customer Engagement and ecosystem stakeholders to address barriers.
• Foster a community of practice among regional leaders to share best practices.
• Use regional market insights and payer dynamics to inform patient support interventions and strategy.
• Drive change leadership and maintain a culture of psychological safety, resilience, and accountability.
