Job summary

Genentech in South San Francisco seeks a Senior Patient Experience Business Partner to serve as the strategic liaison for high-complexity therapeutic areas across the patient experience lifecycle.

You will translate TA strategies into PX roadmaps, partner with Access teams to address barriers, and lead PX programs for launches while mentoring peers and influencing senior leaders to secure resources.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional industry experience in pharma/biotech or related sector.
• Proven ability to interface with senior leadership to drive strategic alignment.
• Ability to lead without authority and influence decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary strategic liaison within PX for high-complexity TAs across the product lifecycle.
• Translate TA strategies into actionable PX requirements, Strategy Briefs, and long-term PX roadmaps.
• Partner with Access Business Partners to integrate patient access barriers into the IAP and lifecycle plans.
• Lead PX activities for complex new product launches and line extensions for future patient needs.
• Influence CMG and Roche/GNE senior leaders by communicating the strategic value and ROI of PX initiatives.
• Collaborate with Experience Design, DDA, and RDT to advocate for the patient journey and scalable PX solutions.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members within the PXBP organization.
