Qualifications

• Doctorate or masters with relevant patient access experience.
• Bachelors with 6+ years of patient access experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of patient access liaisons.
• Ensure team performance, training, and compliance.
• Develop metrics aligned to business goals.
• Track team performance against key metrics.
• Support patient access to medications with cross-functional teams.
• Provide ongoing training and expertise to the team.
• Identify new patient needs and communicate with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate team participation in patient meetings and events.
• Develop quarterly presentations on group objectives and performance.
