Job summary

Amgen Inc. in the United States is seeking a Regional Lead Patient Access. This field-based role supports customers across Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Missouri and Colorado, residing in the geography.

You will lead and manage a team of patient access liaisons, ensuring performance, training, and regulatory compliance. You will develop KPIs, coordinate with Hub Services, Case Managers, and cross-functional teams to optimize patient access programs, while communicating needs effectively.

Qualifications

• Doctorate with 2+ years patient access, OR a Master’s with 4+ years, OR a Bachelor’s with 6+ years.
• Experience in pharma or medical industry preferred.
• Willingness to travel 50-75% regionally, including overnight/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of patient access liaisons.
• Accountable for performance, training, and compliance.
• Develop KPIs and track team performance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support patient access.
• Deliver quarterly presentations on group objectives.
