Qualifications

• Doctorate degree with 2+ years of Patient Access experience.
• Masters degree with 4+ years of Patient Access experience.
• Bachelors degree with 6+ years of Patient Access experience.
• Experience in pharma/medical industry.
• People management experience or proven leadership.
• Experience in rare diseases preferred.
• Strong data analysis and KPI tracking.
• Experience calling on patients and healthcare providers.
• Knowledge of PhRMA, OIG guidelines.
• Insurance reimbursement knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage a team of patient access liaisons.
• Ensure team performance, training, and compliance.
• Develop KPIs aligned to business objectives.
• Track team performance against key metrics.
• Develop team members to fulfill regional roles.
• Collaborate with Hub Services and care teams to support access to medications.
• Provide ongoing training and expertise.
• Identify patient needs and communicate across teams.
• Coordinate participation in patient meetings and events.
• Prepare quarterly presentations on group objectives.
