Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires advanced degree in a relevant field and 2–6 years of patient access experience.
• Experience leading teams in pharma or healthcare environments is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of payer landscapes, policies, and patient support services.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of patient access liaisons.
• Develop metrics and track performance against targets.
• Coordinate with Hub Services, Case Managers, and Patient Engagement teams to enable patient access to medications.
