Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Regional Lead Patient Access for Rare Disease to lead a team of patient access liaisons and drive performance aligned with company objectives.

Qualifications

• Doctorate, Masters, or Bachelor’s with prescribed Patient Access experience.
• Experience in pharma/medical industry preferred.
• Excellent presentation and power point skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of patient access liaisons.
• Accountable for performance, training, and compliance of the team.
• Develop metrics and track performance against goals.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support patient access to medications.
• Oversee patient programs and stakeholder communications.
• Prepare group objectives and performance presentations quarterly.
